Delete your account and data
For users of the Filchy app. Privacy Policy
What gets deleted
Your account (email and Google identifier), every saved reading, note and follow-up, your birth details, your daily horoscopes, your settings, and every sign-in session. Deletion is permanent and can't be undone. If you sign in again later, you start with an empty history.
In the app (fastest)
- Open the app and go to the Profile tab.
- Choose Delete account, then confirm.
Without the app
Email hello@filchy.com from the email address of the Google account you signed in with, with the subject "Delete my account". We'll confirm and delete your data within 30 days.
If you never signed in
There is nothing to delete: signed-out readings are never stored on our servers.
